Ascent BA Consulting, LLC respects the privacy of organizations and individuals using this website. This policy explains what information the site requests, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

The readiness assessment may request your organization name, work email, website, organization type, mission, service area, operating budget, tax status, financial readiness, grant history, funding need, impact data, and an opportunity link.

Do not enter passwords, banking information, Social Security numbers, protected health information, confidential client records, or other sensitive personal information.

Current assessment processing

The current assessment generates results within your browser. Assessment answers are not intentionally submitted to or stored in an Ascent client account at this stage. Closing or refreshing the page may erase the report, so use the print or save feature if you want to retain a copy.

Newsletter and funding preferences

The Funding Brief signup requests your email address, ZIP code, selected funding interests, and consent time so Ascent can tailor local and national opportunity updates. These details are stored in Ascent’s website database during launch and may later be transferred to Ascent’s email provider to manage subscriptions and deliver requested updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter.

Service requests

When you select a paid service, the website may open a prefilled email in your device’s email application. Information you choose to send is handled through your email provider and Ascent’s business email. Ascent uses it to respond, evaluate fit, prepare requested services, and manage the client relationship.

Hosting and technical information

The hosting platform may process essential technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and security signals to deliver and protect the website. Ascent does not sell personal information.

Future accounts, storage, and payments

If Ascent activates user accounts, stored assessments, live payment processing, or additional analytics, this policy will be updated before those features are presented as active. Third-party service providers maintain their own privacy and security practices.

Your choices
