Strategic guidance, not a funding guarantee
The Ascent Readiness Score™, opportunity-fit signals, proposal starters, budget narrative starters, and other website outputs are preliminary strategic guidance. They do not guarantee eligibility, a complete application, an award, legal compliance, financial compliance, or funder approval.
AI-assisted content
Abby™ provides guided, AI-assisted assessment and drafting support. Automated outputs may be incomplete, imprecise, or inappropriate for a specific funder. Users must verify eligibility, deadlines, award amounts, allowable costs, instructions, attachments, and all factual statements against official source materials before relying on or submitting content.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of information you provide. You may not use the website to submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, or confidential third-party information without permission.
Funding-opportunity information
Demonstration opportunities are clearly labeled. Future live listings may change without notice. Official funder materials control whenever website information conflicts with an application page, request for proposals, regulation, or other authoritative source.
Paid services
Prices shown on the website describe current service pathways and starting points. A service-request email does not create a consulting engagement. Scope, deliverables, payment terms, timing, confidentiality, ownership, and responsibilities will be established through a separate written agreement or invoice accepted by Ascent and the client.
Intellectual property
The Ascent name, Abby™, Ascent Readiness Score™, website design, frameworks, original content, and service materials belong to Ascent BA Consulting, LLC or their respective owners. You may use a report generated from your own information for your organization’s internal planning, subject to any later client agreement.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties of award, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular funding opportunity. Ascent is not responsible for decisions made solely from preliminary website outputs.
